I’ve been in the real estate business in one form or another for 10 years, gaining experience in both residential and commercial real estate along the way. As a lifelong Sioux Falls resident and seasoned real estate professional, the amount of growth our city has experienced in the past ten years is remarkable. Working for a real estate developer like Signature Companies has expanded my knowledge of the real estate industry more than I expected it would. I enjoy assisting in numerous types of transactions – Whether it be a large national brand seeking a bare lot for their next location, or a small local business looking for their first of next retail space, it gives me great pride to assist with bringing their ideas to life.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m blessed with my wife, Chelsea, and our three wonderful children, Brody, Shepard, and Deni Mae. I enjoy coaching my sons’ various sports teams, working or playing in the yard and sneaking off for the occasional round of golf.
